Michael is the founder of MMG Global and is a registered CA (Namibia) and CA (South Africa). Michael also holds a Master of Science degree in Leadership and Change Management.
Michael has gained extensive experience in auditing, corporate finance, accounting systems design and documentation and financial management.
Michael also has extensive experience in industry and commerce. He was previously an alternative investments portfolio manager with a leading Namibian Asset Management company, and Chief Finance Officer (CFO) within some major state owned companies in Namibia.
Cornwell Chadya CA(Z), CA(Nam) CA(SA)
Cornwell Chadya is a Director with the firm. He is a registered chartered accountant in Namibia, South Africa and Zimbabwe with more than 20 years working experience.
He trained with BDO Zimbabwe, and has worked for several companies since then. He held the position of CFO for a number of Namibian entities, where he was involved with funding, treasury management, accounting, financial management, procurement and information technology.
He possesses working experience with a number of audit softwares including Caseware and Draftworx, accounting packages including Pastel, Accapac, SAP and Greatsoft.
Viola Sinamai
Viola is the Chief Executive Officer of the firm. She has more than 15 years experience in Human Resources management within SADC. She is passionate about Human Capital development and currently consults in various Human Capital aspects, including, performance management, training and development, executive recruitment and selection, change management, coaching and industrial relations.
Viola holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) degree and a diploma in Industrial Relations. She also successfully completed a Management Development Programme (Stellenbosch University).
She is a registered Psychological Counsellor and is currently a member of the Psychology Association of Namibia. Viola is currently working towards a Masters degree in Leadership and Change Management.
